LYNNE HOBBS CC ECD/EDUCARE TEACHERS’ TRAINING COURSE
We have identified an educational gap for ECD training with children FOR THE FIRST MOST IMPORTANT 6 YEARS OF THEIR LIVES – Birth to 6 years of age. It is concerning that QCTO/ETDP SETA no longer offer accredited training, WHICH WILL NOT REQUIRE ON SITE EXAMS – except for the NQF level 1 – Skills Programme for the Early Childhood Caregiver. Their concentration is on the requirements in obtaining a diploma/degree for Grade R (NQF 4, 5 AND 6).
